This is achieved by means of our:

FINANCIAL POLICY:

  • Additional discounts are allowed to our regular customers;
  • The investments in the «junior level» software products are accounted when a client migrates to our «senior level» software products.

LICENSING POLICY:

  • No limitations regarding the document flow volume, number of deals/contracts, or accounts opened;
  • System source code is delivered along with a documented database.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT:

  • A pre-project survey is a must;
  • A permanent Work Group of the company’s specialists headed by the Project Manager is formed for the project;
  • The implementation process is monitored by the project supervisor from among the Company’s top managers.

SUPPORT MANAGEMENT:

  • Personal supervisors system is in place;
  • Individual client sets of support services and outstaffing can be offered
  • The Company maintains a single System version. New versions of software products including all new developments are available to all Company’s customers irrespective of their support level.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY:

  • Management of all production processes as one single system;
  • Individual approach to each Customer;
  • Continuous improvement of processes associated with provision of services for our Customers;
  • Improvement of our software products, quality upgrading, modernization and development of new versions;
  • Improvement of the support provided for the software installed at the clients’ premises;
  • Studying and analyzing the consumer and high-tech market. Establishment of new innovative activity lines, development of new products and services based on the analysis findings;
  • Improvement of the Company quality management system according to the requirements of the GOST R ISO 9001-2015 standard.
